Berkeley County, South Carolina — A driver died in a Sunday afternoon crash in Berkeley County.
According to Master Trooper Hannah Davidson of the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 1:23 p.m. on Cypress Campground Road.
The driver of a Ford F-150 was driving west when he ran off the right side of Cypress Campground Road, overcorrected, raced off the left side, and overturned.
Trooper Davidson stated that the driver, who has not been officially identified, died as a result of their injuries.
The crash is being investigated.
