Cherokee County, South Carolina — Two passengers were rushed to the hospital after an ultralight plane crashed in Cherokee County on Monday.
According to deputies, the accident occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Beaver Dam Road.
Officials stated the jet was carrying two persons at the time of the crash. They were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Deputies say they’ve secured the location until Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) authorities come on Tuesday to begin the investigation.
