Police claim that an extremely inebriated woman killed her kid when she drove a Hyundai Elantra with children on the wrong side of the road and collided with a Tesla.

Angelina Minor, 29, remains at large with a felony warrant for first-degree manslaughter after a March 20, 2024, crash in north Portland, Oregon, that killed her 4-year-old son, Kingsten Coston. Authorities say she was extremely intoxicated, speeding, and drove head-on into oncoming traffic after fleeing a minor collision, injuring passengers including her 3-year-old daughter and two other children.​

Crash Sequence

Minor sideswiped a red Scion XB at North Lombard Street and Richmond Avenue but left without exchanging information; the other driver followed briefly. Half a mile later on North Fessenden Street, she crossed the median and collided head-on with a silver Tesla Model S at North Mohawk Avenue, fatally injuring Kingsten despite bystander CPR.​

Minor pleaded guilty to manslaughter and related charges but violated supervised release, prompting the December 2025 warrant; sentencing was delayed to January 23, 2026, due to pregnancy. She faces up to 10 years in prison under a plea deal, with a prior 2019 DUII conviction noted. Public tips are sought via 911.​
