Parents Adam Keenan, 43, and Stacey Hales, 46, face felony charges after a December 20, 2025, fire in their Murrieta, California, mobile home killed their daughters Emma (12) and Abby (11), plus multiple pets. Murrieta Police and Fire & Rescue investigators deemed the parents criminally responsible following a joint probe.
