Horry County, South Carolina – According to officials, one person was stabbed and shots were fired following a confrontation at a Myrtle Beach gym on Tuesday night.
According to Horry County Public Information Officer Mikayla Moskov, a brawl broke out inside the X Gym on George Bishop Parkway, with one person stabbed but not seriously injured.
Moskov also stated that a friend of the stabbing victim fired a shot into the ground to try to terminate the conflict.
Officials report that the stabbing suspect is still on the run but is not considered a threat to the community.
