Body Found During Search for Missing Flight Attendant
Authorities in Colombia have discovered a body believed to be that of Eric Fernando Gutierrez Molina, a 32-year-old American Airlines flight attendant who went missing during a layover.
The announcement was made by Medellín Mayor Federico Gutiérrez, who said the body was found in a rural area between Jericó and Puente Iglesias. The remains have been transported to Medellín for official identification and an autopsy.
Disappearance During Routine Layover
Molina, who was based out of Dallas-Fort Worth, had arrived in Medellín on March 21 after a flight from Miami. He was scheduled to return the next morning but never made it back to the airport.
Officials said he was last seen in the La América neighborhood, an area not typically known for tourism
