GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) Parker Fire District is responding to a crash involving an 18-wheeler that injured three people in Greenville County on Friday.
Around 5 p.m., officials reported a crash involving an 18-wheeler and a Toyota 4Runner at the intersection of Old Easley Bridge Road and White Horse Road.
Officials say the southbound lanes are backed up. Traffic has been diverted from New Easley Highway to Bent Bridge Road.
The cause of the crash is currently unknown. FOX Carolina crews are on the scene.
