The celebration closed streets like East Montague Avenue from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the parade starting at noon from Park Place East.

Organized by the Park Circle Business Collective and North Charleston Cultural Arts Department, the free event emphasized local interaction. North Charleston Police Department participated, reinforcing its status as the Lowcountry’s largest St. Patrick’s Day gathering.
