I'll dump gas on you: Dad contacted cops to take his 11-year-old kid from his home after asking for food, according to deputies.

A South Carolina father who allegedly contacted authorities to remove his own son from his house is now facing serious legal consequences.

The Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office announced on Facebook that Thomas Baker, 44, has been charged with criminal conduct toward a child. Baker allegedly called the sheriff’s office on Saturday to say that his 11-year-old kid “was being unruly,” according to the statement.

The father told deputies that his son was “unruly” and that he was weary of him “not listening,” according to Columbia-based NBC station WIS.

However, an investigation revealed that Baker was the source of the trouble, as he allegedly “threatened a child asking for a meal,” according to the sheriff’s office.

“The juvenile told deputies he had asked for something to eat when he received a reply of, ‘get the (expletive) out of my room or I’m going to wreck your (expletive) face,'” according to the complaint.

Baker also allegedly told his kid, “You need to take a knife and stab it in the neck and pull it out that way.”

Baker made it quite apparent that he would not help his son, even if he was in trouble, according to WIS.

“If you are on fire, I’ll pour gas on you so you burn even more,” Baker allegedly warned the child.

According to documents, the event was captured on video and handed to the sheriff’s office.

“It reminds me of the verse in Matthew that asks if your son asks for bread who would give him a stone?” Sheriff Leroy Ravenell explained. “This boy didn’t even get a stone.”

According to the TV station, the child was later placed with a family member.
