Columbia, South Carolina — A 17-year-old suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a 16-year-old in Richland County’s Arthurtown community.
Deputies from the Richland County Sheriff’s Department responded to a ShotSpotter alarm call about 5:30 p.m. on September 23 in the 200 block of Aster Circle, just off Bluff Road.
