Coroner Sean Fogle identified Washington, who succumbed at MUSC Health Orangeburg. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported the incident around 8:08 p.m., involving a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe turning left into a driveway and a westbound 1990 Kawasaki dirt bike. The Tahoe driver was unharmed; no charges mentioned yet.
