A 35-year-old man was fatally stabbed Saturday night near a brightly colored mobile cannabis dispensary in the Bronx, New York, according to police. The incident took place in the Norwood neighborhood, steps away from a gas station on Webster Avenue.
The Stabbing Incident
Police responded to a 911 call around 9:52 p.m. about a stabbing across the street from the gas station at 3210 Webster Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim bleeding from a stab wound to the chest near the mobile dispensary, which was prominently painted in green and pink.
EMS rushed the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead from his injuries. The gruesome scene was captured in photos from the following morning, showing still-wet blood pooling beneath the quirky cannabis dispensary.
Ongoing Investigation
Authorities have yet to release further details about the circumstances surrounding the stabbing, and the investigation remains ongoing. No suspects have been publicly identified at this time.
