Justin Novoa, a 21-year-old from Columbus, Ohio, faces federal charges for posting violent threats online against ICE agents, Trump supporters, white people, and Jewish individuals throughout 2025. Authorities seized firearms, ammunition, helmets, and body armor from his home during a December 2025 search.
Threatening Posts
Using the X handle @Father2High, Novoa allegedly wrote, “can’t wait to shoot these p— ICE agents and r—ed MAGA maggots,” “blast every ICE agent,” and “I have a m4 carbine ready to use on these r—ed filthy subhuman rats.” Posts also included antisemitic content referencing Hitler and extermination.
Investigation and Arrest
Homeland Security Investigations was tipped off in December 2025, confirmed his identity via X account details (email and 614 phone number), and raided his residence on December 20. Novoa reportedly admitted, “Alright, you got me,” upon confrontation. He waived his detention hearing on January 22, 2026, remains in Franklin County Jail without bond, and faces up to 10 years for threatening federal officers and 5 years for interstate threats; a preliminary hearing is set for February 5.
