Charity Beallis, 40, and her two young children, about 6 years old, were found shot to death in their Arkansas mansion on December 3, the day after Charity attended her final divorce hearing against her estranged husband, Dr. Randall Beallis, 56.
The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office responded to a welfare check call at their home in Bonanza, Arkansas. Deputies discovered the bodies with gunshot wounds after workers inside allowed them entry. Autopsies are pending to determine the official cause of death.
Charity had filed for divorce in March 2025, seeking full custody of her children and a protective order against Randall. Police records show Randall was charged with domestic violence earlier that year for choking and harming Charity in February. He pleaded guilty to third-degree battery in October, receiving a suspended sentence, fines, and a no-contact order with Charity and her family.
Despite her efforts, Charity publicly expressed frustration with the legal system’s failure to protect her and her children, highlighting ongoing struggles and lack of support from prosecutors.
Charity’s eldest son said she fought hard to protect herself and her children, but tragically, none of them survived the violence. The sheriff’s office continues to investigate, with no arrests or suspect information released yet.
