The victims, identified as a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman, were discovered in a remote area of the park. The bodies were found after reports of the deaths came in, and a suspected homicide was quickly established. Authorities are now searching for a white male suspect seen leaving the area. The suspect was described as wearing dark shorts, a dark tank top, and weight-lifting gloves. He was seen driving toward the park’s exit in a black four-door sedan, with a license plate possibly obscured by electrical or duct tape.
Law enforcement believes the suspect may have been traveling on State Highway 170 or State Highway 220 near the park.
