HORRY COUNTY, SC – Police say approximately 50 rounds were fired Tuesday night in the Longs area, causing damage to residences.
Officers were summoned to the area of Pine Needle Drive and Freemont Road at 10:24 p.m. in response to “approximately 50 shots fired,” according to the incident report.
According to the complaint, as cops were responding, they were informed that a victim had reported her home being shot up.
According to the complaint, cops blocked up the road between Shady Lane and Long Acres Drive after discovering spent shot casings in the middle of it.
According to the report, gunshot holes and shell shells were discovered near the first victim’s home. According to the report, around ten shot casings were discovered on the street.
According to the complaint, gunfire cracked the back glass of a second victim’s vehicle.
Police were unable to locate any information identifying the suspect.
