Legal Proceedings
Gustin pleaded guilty in December 2025 to felony murder and using a stolen gun, leading prosecutors to drop murder and burglary charges. Allen Superior Court Judge David Zent imposed the 55-year sentence on January 5 or 6, 2026, per the plea agreement. Swedzinski had listed the coins for $4,400 on Facebook Marketplace before the incident.
