Chesterfield County, South Carolina —According to the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office, one person died and another was critically injured after an incident escalated to a shooting at a bar.
The shooting occurred early Saturday morning in the parking area of the Sandtrap Social Club on Highway 52 South near Cheraw. Investigators suspect two people were shooting at each other after an altercation earlier that night.
According to deputies, one individual was killed, while the other was brought to a local hospital in critical condition.
