Deputies responded to a home where Daniel Hernandez-Lopez, appearing highly intoxicated, argued with and allegedly strangled a woman. Hernandez-Lopez was booked into Baldwin County Jail on March 10 at 1:40 p.m. He faces domestic violence strangulation charges.
