WAGENER, South Carolina – The Aiken County Coroner’s Office is looking into the death of a 10-year-old in Wagener.
Tara Gram, 10, was struck by a Ford Expedition as she attempted to cross the 3000 block of New Holland Road. The incident occurred Friday, just before 4:30 p.m.
Tara was transported by EMS to Prisma Health Richland, where she died from her injuries at 5:51 p.m.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating. An autopsy is scheduled for next week.
