A death investigation in the Pee Dee region has been closed, officials said.
Investigation Concludes in Marlboro County
On Saturday, the Marlboro County Coroner’s Office announced that evidence related to a death on May 16 near Parsonage in the Bennettsville area does not support classifying the case as a homicide.
No Foul Play Determined
Authorities confirmed that after reviewing the circumstances and evidence, the death is not considered suspicious. The investigation has officially concluded.
