A Dillon teenager is facing a serious charge after deputies say he fired into an occupied vehicle in Marion County.
Teen Charged With Attempted Murder
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, 17-year-old Douglas Isaiah Ford has been charged with attempted murder.
Authorities say the alleged incident occurred on April 4 on Rhedin Road.
Limited Details Released
Investigators have not released additional details about what led to the shooting or how many people were inside the vehicle at the time.
Officials also have not confirmed whether anyone was injured.
Arrest and Custody Status
Ford was taken into custody and booked into the Marion County Detention Center on Tuesday.
