Nearby residents may hear announcements simulating weather emergencies, sirens, security warnings, and music, all prefaced by “This is a test of the Giant Voice System. This is a test.” Each segment ends with “This concludes the test of the Giant Voice System. Command Post out.”

The base has notified local emergency management offices so first responders won’t mistake the test for a real alert. Residents should remain calm and continue normal activities.
