A lady is detained by police on suspicion of robbing a homeless camp in North Charleston.

Jacqueline Nicole Spencer, 41, was arrested on December 26, 2025, by the North Charleston Police Department for her alleged role in a robbery at a homeless encampment. She and an unidentified accomplice are accused of cutting into the victim’s tent on December 15, punching him, and stealing his phone, laptop, headphones, and bicycle.​

Incident Details

The victim feared restraint and kidnapping, fleeing the scene after the assault. Spencer faces charges of armed robbery with a deadly weapon and was booked into the Al Cannon Detention Center.​
