Charleston, South Carolina — According to the Charleston Police Department, a man was charged with impaired driving after being pulled over early Monday morning.
Boyd David Culver, 44, of Summerville, was arrested and charged with first-time DUI, reckless driving, and cocaine possession.
According to a preliminary statement from police, Culver was also cited for simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and having an open liquor container in his vehicle.
Police reportedly stopped Culver after seeing him driving erratically on Coming Street.
