CHARLESTON, S.C. — The French Huguenot Church, located in downtown Charleston, will not hold services this Sunday due to the dangerous flooding in the area this weekend. A church official stated that the decision was made out of an abundance of caution to prioritize the safety of their congregation.
The flooding, which has impacted multiple parts of the city, has led to disruptions in several areas, including road closures and hazardous conditions. The church is urging its members to stay safe and will provide further updates as needed.
