A Tumultuous Relationship
White and Lewis, both from South Gloucestershire, had a rocky relationship marked by cheating on both sides. White had allegedly made money from selling adult content, which Lewis reportedly had concerns about, according to the sentencing documents. Their relationship was filled with conflict and anger, with White claiming that Lewis was particularly protective over the money she earned.
On the day of the murder, Lewis ended their relationship, which led to an emotional and violent confrontation between the two. According to White, they argued, and she was pushed by Lewis before she went into the kitchen, grabbed a knife, and stabbed him. The judge, Mr. Justice Fraser, said the evidence indicated that White had intended to kill Lewis at the time of the stabbing.
